Paper forms can be transferred to us easily and securely through our new paper form upload feature, available on tracing.co.nz/upload. Please note that the maximum file size per attachment is 5Mb (for comparison, a photo taken on a smartphone is usually between 2 - 3Mb).
To upload your paper forms from a computer, simply visit the form upload page and follow these steps,
- Select the date the form was used
- Enter your 6-digit Location Code
- Select 'Choose file' to pick the file to be uploaded.
- Select 'UPLOAD' to confirm the upload.
You can also upload the file directly from your mobile device by following the steps below,
- Take a photo of paper form.
- Visit tracing.co.nz/upload.
- Select the date the form was used.
- Enter your 6-digit Location Code.
- Select 'Choose file' to pick the file to be uploaded.
- Select 'UPLOAD' to confirm the upload.
If multiple pages of paper forms needs to be upl, please select 'ADD ANOTHER' and repeat the steps above.
