You can absolutely register more than one location. All you need to do is go to https://tracing.co.nz/get and register each location separately.
We do highly recommend that when you enter your business or premises name if you add the location as a suffix (e.g. ABC Company - CBD), to help distinguish between multiple different locations, and duplicate registrations.
